Highland Terrace Lofts

Neighborhood: Highland – LoHi
Location: 29th Street and Tejon

Situated on a hill with views of both the mountains and the downtown skyline, Highland Terrace Lofts is a residential condominium project located in the LoHi neighborhood. Highland Terrace Lofts was completed before this neighborhood was “discovered” and was the catalyst for important investment in higher density housing in the areas.  The site still serves as an important anchor for the LoHi neighborhood, which is now home to bustling restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and the Highland Pedestrian Bridge that connects LoHi to downtown.
